Audit Processes

• Contact us to send you the application.
• We will review your application and contact you if more details are needed.
• We will send you a Quotation.
• Sign the Quotation and resubmit to us.
• A document review for your system (Stage 1 audit) will be conducted.
• An evaluation for your system implementation and effectiveness (Stage 2 audit) will be conducted.
• The audit team shall analyze all information and audit evidence gathered about your system during stage 1 and stage 2 to review the audit findings and agree on the audit conclusions.
• e shall review the corrections, identified causes and corrective actions related to non-conformities to determine if these are acceptable and shall verify the effectiveness of any correction and corrective actions taken.
